Managing Director, Gordon Ramsay has over 30 years experience in the construction and property sector and has been MD at Deveron Homes since its inception in 2002. Gordon has been described as one of Scotland’s key players in property development and manages the company’s land portfolio of over £250m.
Finance Director, David Morrison is a joint partner with Gordon Ramsay. David has a long and distinguished business career spanning over 28 years in construction. With responsibility for finance and investments, David is at the forefront of shaping the company’s strong economic future.
Development Director, Jim Hallyburton is an experienced construction estimator and cost engineer with a solid track record in land buying and project development. He joined the company in 2000 and was promoted to a board position in 2007. Jim continues strengthen the company’s technical capability and expand its ever-increasing land portfolio.
Sales Director, Lynne Holburn has a background in print, media and marketing and has played a key role in supporting the company during a period of rapid growth. With a number of new developments and joint ventures on the horizon she will be responsible for potential sales in the region of £550million.
