The last two houses were completed here in December 2005

Turriff is a thriving market town in North Aberdeenshire with a population of around 5,000 lying approximately 36 miles North west of Aberdeen.

This bustling farming town was the capital of a 6th century Pictish prince. Nearby Delgatie Castle dates from the 11th Century. The annual Turriff Show is one of Europe's major agricultural events.

In addition to primary and secondary schools, Turriff has a library, museum, community centre and swimming pool along with other recreational and sporting facilities that include fishing, boating, bowling, tennis and an 18 hole golf course (Rosehall Golf Club).
