Established in 2002 Deveron Homes Ltd., is an independent development company, privately owned by directors Gordon Ramsay and David Morrison. Specialising in the development and creation of exceptional homes, the company has reported sales orders rose a further 50% percent in the most recent quarter, to over £20m; more than doubling the back-to-back performance of same time last year.

This partnership ensures there is an effective platform for us to explore a range of diverse funding strategies for new projects, which will allow us to widen our horizons.”
Wholly concerned in property retail, Deveron Homes has built enduring links with a number of proactive partners. These foundations have gained the company immense industry confidence, allowing Deveron Homes to step forward into the city arena with major developments such as its flagship AURORA apartments in Aberdeen. “Our AURORA project represents major investment for us, says David, “and is an excellent example of achieving a successful cost-quality balance,”
Meanwhile, outside the city, the recent launch of Deveron Park, at Huntly is contributing to the company’s strong business momentum. “We have a passion for property development,” says company MD Gordon Ramsay, “Every member of our team has only one goal and that is to create exceptional homes. We have uncompromising standards within all the levels of the process, from concept and design to build to completion.”
Whilst current projects are progressing well, the company is also looking further afield to deliver ambitious expansion plans including a number of new developments in the Highlands, Fife, Perthshire, Aberdeenshire and Tayside.
